This page lists known issues that we are actively working to resolve. Critical issues (for example, power outages preventing use of classroom technologies in affected spaces) are also reported via the OIT Status Dashboard.

ALP 1600 – DVD not playing in blu ray player

Send Monitor to all Pods issue, no HDMI laptop audio
Workaround (if available)
In the meantime, the DVD can be played on the classroom PC.
To play a DVD using classroom PC:
1. Press the eject button on the PC DVD tray and insert DVD
2. From the desktop, open This PC or a folder (like the Apps folder) then select This PC from the list
3. Double-click the DVD drive
VLC Player will open and you can begin playing the DVD.
